Features: these cable clamps have good chemical resistance and good electrical properties. They offer valid electrical and mechanical protection to the cables, absorbing the traction, thrust and torsion forces that can be exerted on the cables themselves. They are distinguished by the advantage of being able to pre-assemble them on the cable (they clip on the cable) and then install them in the structure even at a later time or in a remote place, thus saving on installation costs. They anchor perfectly and are aesthetically well presented since, once installed in the structure, only the head of the very thin cable clamp remains visible from the outside. They can be installed in round mounting holes (ØG), but if you make a hole with the shape indicated by us in the drawing (G1) the cable clamp will not be able to rotate. To plug the holes with this template, DD type “DOUBLE” plugs are available. The cable clamps are produced in two configurations: for flat cables and for round cables. Thanks to the fixing teeth, these cable clamps snap on and adapt to the thickness of the frame up to a maximum indicated in the table. For the preassembly operation on the cable it is advisable to use our RDD PLIERS or RDD PRESS tools; assembly in the structure, on the other hand, is done by hand without the aid of additional tools.
