BRAIDED EXPANDABLE PLASTIC SHEATH (UL94-V0)
Material: polyester.
Color: black with gray streaks.
Use temperature: -50°C / +155°C (with peaks up to +200°C)
Flammability: flame retardant and self-extinguishing UL94-V0.
Features: flexible, flame retardant and non-toxic, this sheath adapts perfectly to any bundle of cables and even to irregular shapes. It dissipates heat and humidity and can expand in some cases up to double its nominal diameter. It does not contain halogens and has good resistance to breakage, aging, abrasion, mineral oils, chemical agents, salts, petrol and ultraviolet rays. For cutting it is advisable to use our THERMAL CUTTERS which, while cutting, simultaneously weld the ends of the wires, thus avoiding fraying. In any case, for greater protection of the ends it is always useful to use a sleeve or a cable tie. For a more comfortable grip, the sheath is packed in boxes. The diameter of the sheath is subject to a tolerance of +/- 10%.
