BRAIDED EXPANDABLE PLASTIC SHEATH WITH RAILWAY REGULATION (UL94-V2)

Flammability: flame retardant and self-extinguishing UL94-V2.
Regulations and Certifications: compliant with railway standards EN 45545-2 HL3 (R22/R23).
Features: flexible, halogen-free, flame-retardant and non-toxic, this sheath adapts perfectly to any bundle of cables and even to irregular shapes. It dissipates heat and humidity and can expand to almost double its nominal diameter. It does not contain halogens, has good breaking strength and is particularly suitable for the railway industry. As shown in the table, each size is available both in black or gray and packaged in a box with a lower length or in a reel with a higher length. For cutting it is advisable to use our THERMAL CUTTERS which, while cutting, simultaneously weld the ends of the wires, thus avoiding fraying. In any case, for greater protection of the ends it is always useful to use a sleeve or a cable tie.
On request: for quantity, it can be supplied both in small boxes of 10 meters and in lengths of your choice. It is also available in both PET UL94-V0 and PA 66, both with railway standards.
