RUBBER SLEEVES - "HELAVIA" series -
Material: neoprene 3490.
Color: black, white, blue, green, yellow, orange, brown, red, purple, gray, pink, light blue or yellow/green.
Use temperature: -30°C / +90°C
Flammability: flame retardant and self-extinguishing UL94-V0.
Features: the sleeves are very elastic and are the ideal solution for the insulation and protection of the ends of the conductors from dirt, corrosion and friction. They have a medium resistance to oils, petrol, ozone and aging. They can also be used as a cable marking system. The assembly of the sleeves on the conductors is carried out using the 3-pronged pliers and is facilitated by the internal lubrication. The sleeves with internal diameter from 10 mm onwards are not internally lubricated; therefore, to facilitate the assembly of these on the calipers, it is advisable to use the lubricant LUB 2.
On request: for quantities, special "antistatic" conductive sleeves can be supplied produced in a nitrile-based rubber with a hardness of 60 Shore A, with a transversal resistivity of the order of 10 6 Ohm.cm, with a good chemical resistance to oils and with a temperature of 'use -25°C / +100°C.
